What Not Who the Spiritual Breakthrough

The 1 Spiritual Breakthrough We Need to Live Better.

As a High-Performance Lifestyle Coach, I have to be well-versed in all of the essential aspects of lifestyle, including the need for a spiritual breakthrough so you can perform well.

Your lifestyle is “one thing,” but it comprises many things. By that, I mean it’s energy and spirit-driven. If functioning fully, your lifestyle requires a high-performance mindset (thinking) and several vital lifestyle skillsets, of which how to eat and exercise are only 4%!

That’s correct, four percent, and some people spend a lifetime just learning how to eat. And when it comes to spiritual breakthrough and awakening, for example, the driving force behind how you live, some people never have a spiritual breakthrough (non-religious, that is) in their lives and also spend up to 20 years or more trying to when they do.

It just doesn’t make sense.”

Life is short, and if you want to unlock your true potential and unleash and live that potential to its full expression, you have to become unconsciously competent around each of the fundamentals of optimal living sooner than later.  That is, if you don’t want to spend a measurable percentage of your life struggling and trying to escape the past or being stuck, fatigued, unhealthy, overwhelmed, etc.

When it comes to having a spiritual breakthrough, for instance, we need to learn a human performance perspective on spirituality so that we can function and perform well in the right relationship with our body-brain.

Most people are so focused on discovering “who” they are, which keeps changing, that they never awaken or get grounded in the only absolute aspect of their existence. And let me tell you, spiritual breakthrough and awakening is not something you want to take 20 years more doing.

Discovering “who” and “how” you are is primarily personal, not spiritual.

What we need to be discovering is “what” we are, and that is all about energy and spirit, not personal thoughts, values, rules, preferences, beliefs, and the subsequent feelings and emotions they evoke.

That’s all good and essential personal development. Still, it’s a limited “psychological” view of you and missing the most prominent component of what enables you to function and perform well as a human “being.”

Why am I bringing this up right now?
Because when we help our clients learn how to “manage their energy,” it starts with learning about what you really are, and only with that paradigm shift will you ever be able to manage your energy “like a pro.” because there are several different aspects of energy management and the more proficient you get at each of them, the better off you are.

Every aspect of energy management works together, but they will all work even better when you understand how you experience energy in the human experience as a spirit, which is a spiritual breakthrough. Awakening then continues to grow from that.

Now “managing your energy” will take on a whole new power and meaning in your life because you’ll not only learn how to increase your energy, eliminate exhaustion, and dramatically reduce tiredness and fatigue, but you’ll aslso be doing so from a place that is intimately and directly connected to the spiritual experience of managing the energy that you primarily identify with. I know that’s a mouthful, but soon it won’t be.

Knowing and living from what we really are before who and how we think we are, is the spiritual breakthrough we need to live better.
