Live Your Full Potential to Achieve It

Here at Lifestyle Coach JAM, I’m the head coach teaching achievers (entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals), and people like you how to live your full potential to achieve it and better fulfill your God-inspired dreams.

You’ve probably never heard the term “live your full potential,” You’ve undoubtedly heard the words “unleash your full potential” or “achieve your full potential,” or “reach your full potential,” but live it?

What does living your full potential mean?

As a lifestyle coach, I’m all about helping driven, achiever-type, people who want to achieve their life—family, career/business, creative, sporting, or dreams develop healthy and high-performance lifestyles to achieve even their most ambitious goals while living in balance with vibrant health and peace of mind.

You’ve got to understand your “full potential” to do that because when you do, you’ll be primed to make the two most significant changes you’ll ever make in your life, those that every other aspect of a healthy, high-performance lifestyle depends.

So what is your full potential

No matter who you talk to, this phrase will be nebulous at best, but one thing is most assuredly accurate. “Unleashing and achieving” your full potential will focus on you as a person, your psychology, and what you are up to in the world, which is your goal, and won’t actually reveal your full potential.

If you stop and analyze that statement, it’s pretty chock full, and you would benefit significantly from its unpacking. I want to keep this article focused on your full potential, what it is, and why you’ll want to live it first and foremost so that you can unleash it and achieve it in your chosen field.

Your full potential is the amount of life force you’ve got, applied effectively towards what you are up to.

Notice the above quote says the amount of life force you’ve got, which means how much (energy/spirit) you’ve got first, and before it’s effectively applied ref, (mindset, psychology, strategy, timing, field, etc.) in the world.

I include “spirit” because life force “energy” and spirit are two sides of the same coin. When you realize that the intelligent energy creating the Universe is coursing through you (as you), you will experience your life force energy as spirit. That’s why you would be very wise to make sure that you manage your energy exceptionally well.

To prove my point, how much potential do you have when you are tired out and depleted? Not much, and I think you’ll agree. Live your full potential and that changes.

So, that might make you believe that your full potential is, first and foremost, how much life force energy you’ve got. Right? Nope. Not Quite.

Your full potential is not even in you at present, and neither is mine. The intelligent energy of the Universe is unlimited, and you’ve got access to it but don’t have steady-stream access to it. You’ve got to let the body recover or recuperate or regenerate, which takes time and space, but you can be proactive and live more of your or “the” full potential you have access to.

Sure, you can achieve big things in the world and not know the first thing about living your full potential or what that potential is (energy/spirit). However, you will probably still not achieve your full potential if you are dead at 72-81, a complete 25% or more short of the finish line, including the likely decline that preceded it, killing off plenty of productive years.

It doesn’t matter if you are a billionaire; look at Steve Jobs. How much more he would have achieved if he lived his full potential first and not worn out his body, despite eating a pretty healthy diet

So, to live your full potential means, first and foremost, managing (sourcing, producing, and harnessing) your energy exceptionally well.

When you do that, you are now “living” the full potential (energy) you have access to.

When you do, now you can align with this energy, which is intelligent, as what’s driving you in your life. It primarily puts the “high” in a healthy, high-performance lifestyle. It starts with managing your energy like a pro and then aligning with this flow of energy in your life. Doing that increases your chances of achieving all that you are capable of becoming in the world, dramatically.

Just think of the times you didn’t press on because your body/brain was tired of the poor coping / decisions you made when depleted? It’s likely you started getting into your head’s fears, worries, doubts etc., accentuated by the depleted energy.

To live your full potential is primarily about maximizing your life force energy and then letting this intelligent energy (spirit) also guide your thoughts, actions, and feelings, in the process of what you want to achieve. And that’s why we say, “live your full potential.”  If you focus on the achievement aspect only, you won’t establish the lifestyle that makes all of the above possible. And chances are you’ll be coming from your head most of the time, relying on psychological drivers, and efforting the entire way, which will likely tire you out, burn you out, wear you out, and ultimately cause you to die out prematurely, which is by definition not living your full potential.

When you understand this powerful and jam-packed concept, your desire to get free of the SAAD standard approach to achieving your dreams and into a Healthy, High-Performance Lifestyle will go up exponentially because you’ll want to get free of what distracts you and holds you back.

By the way, good to read the 5 myths of high performance.

There is way more to this subject than the above, as this is THE subject, but these are some of the most important points. We are all capable of living at our full potential, charged and restored to operate at full capacity.  This potential is at once, both information (intelligence) and energy, and we need to live this intelligent energy (intelligently) to achieve what we want in the world. The emergence of a healthy, high-performance lifestyle starts with that.

It’s why great leaders
