Balance is one of the most misunderstood words in the English language. If I were to ask 10 people “What does it mean to balance your life?” I would certainly get ten different answers. It’s this reality that balance becomes a fleeting idea in many people minds though still highly valued. I mean who doesn’t want to feel balanced?
One thing that’s certain, is it’s not the simple balancing act between work and life alone as is so popular to talk about. This outdated, though still, a quite useful definition to some degree is only a part of the answer, a small part, and not the whole answer; not even close.
This weekend, Sunday, April 30th at Balance Your Life, ==>> a Wellness Gala, I’m going to ask that question and delve into some answers. Consider this an invite for you to come and join this wonderful event put on by Deb Peterson—someone on a mission to promote a holistic approach to wellness.
What I aim to reveal on Sunday, where I will be doing a breakout presentation, is at least one thing. It’s that the answer to the question What does it mean to balance your life? is just not one thing. It’s a layering, a stack of structures and practices… all working together, which when you get right in the macro of your life results in the experience of balance.
If you want to take a short but powerful deep dive into how to balance your life, in a way that will take your view of awakening and energy, health and wellness, to the next level, so that you come to realization that it’s it’s only whole lifestyle performance that delivers and wellbeing, then be there Sunday. I’m going to speak for about 30-45 minutes and be as impactful as I can.
See you then.
