What is the lifestyle primer?

Well, just like priming a pump before water comes out, you need to get clear up front about what it really takes to get your lifestyle working better for you or “change your lifestyle”.

I bet you think we’re going to jump right into fitness and nutrition, or perhaps you think we’re going to talk about getting more sleep.
