Depending on your personal foundation, you may be focused on one or more of these three phases at any given time; but ultimately, you will focus on all three. It’s the same set of lifestyle skills, and just a matter of how you apply them in your life.
Each of the 12 steps requires an in depth period of time to apply, where you are getting your life and style and of living into alignment. For example; getting free of energy DET, may take a few days, weeks or months, depending on how you’ve been living your life until now. The key to taking The 12 Steps, is as they apply in your life. It’s chaotic at the start, as you get a handle on these lifestyle skills. You learn them linearly, but apply them dynamically and they work best when your have a concept for Your Lifestyle as the way in which you achieve your goals.
You can easily overwhelm yourself at first, which is why it’s really good to get familiar with understanding your present situation and streamlining and simplifying early. The beauty is, to take The 12 Steps is to learn the 12 steps.
The interesting thing about the lifestyle is that you will get the tests first and lessons later.
Sometimes you will need to violate one step, in order to prioritize another, so don’t get all caught up in the myth of a balanced lifestyle. No body spins the plates all at once, or very long.
