About 5 years ago, I introduced one of America’s top trainers and my new friend at that time, Jon Hinds to eating nutrient rich, when I learned that he was suffering from debilitating hand pain. He tells his story in the link above about how getting free of animal products not only enabled him to get free of the grip arthritis had on his life, but how it completely transformed his life.
Now 5 years later, a plant based diet is now part of his MBG 3 Training System, which he teaches at the national and international gym chain called The Monkey Bar Gym.
