Is it? Holding you back from achieving your goals and maintaining the quality of life you really want?

A little background:

Lifestyle, until recently (say, the past decade) was typically a very fluffy subject.
When the subject came up most people were thinking about wealth, sexual preference or the way an extreme group of people live, like in extreme sports.

That’s no surprise as capitalism and consumption rules in our society and sports athletes are the best performing people in our culture. The main reason they achieve as high as they do, and are generally healthier than any other population is because they the clearest definition in their minds for what “lifestyle” means.

They are the only population that structures the way they live their life (their lifestyle) around their core capacity to function and perform well, and therefore their success and they are only 3%of the population!

When I talk about lifestyle to the non-athlete, initially, many people now think that I’m talking about food and fitness while the majority are still thinking that it’s about wealth…

No doubt the way most people eat and treat their bodies is definitely holding them back, and to that point more and more people are beginning to discover that there is more to their lifestyle than meets the eye. They may not be into sports, or even fitness enthusiasts, but as they try to keep pace in the performance culture we live in, they are starting to think like athletes.

That why I started the Lifestyle Coaching Center… ;-)

How we think and live (our lifestyles) are in the news every day of our lives as we deal with the current health crisis that plagues our westernized culture. We have to change. Those who don’t will be held back.
