John Allen Mollenhauer “JAM”

John Allen Mollenhauer (aka "John Allen" or “JAM”) is the Founder of Performance Lifestyle Solutions, the better healthier ways to achieve your goals in life, business and sport for achievers.

He is the co-author of the upcoming book. The Curse of the Capable, (Fall 2008) with Harvard Psychology Instructor Arthur P Ciaramicoi, and creator of The Healthy High Achiever - Unleash the Full Potential of Your Lifestyle to Perform, Look and Feel Better! - the signature product for the Performance Lifestyle. 

As a former worn down workaholic entrepreneur turned healthy high achiever, John Allen sought to answer a big question for millions of others and himself:

John Allen started his career at 19, launching Olympia Fitness Center and then a small chain of health clubs, Major League Fitness with the Strength Coach of the Mets.

He went on to work for and become a protégé of Tony Robbins, learning health and optimal performance technologies.

Expanding his wings at the commercial inception of the Internet, John Allen moved into the role of vice president of sales for Design FX Interactive and launched South Jersey Online with Commerce Bank and then Bell Atlantic. It was in 1995 that he formed Custom Media Communications, Inc; what is today called Performance Lifestyle Solutions.

Much of what JAM learned, he learned by applying his health and fitness background, in the field, outside the health and fitness industries. John Allen has held various positions in start up companies, including, Senior Account Manager for Alliant Technologies selling high-speed network technologies and Ecademy.com which he invested in and helped found. Ecademy is today one of the largest business networks online.

in 2003 he again became a certified trainer, and life coach, while briefly operating as business manager for best selling author Joel Fuhrman M.D., whom his also a protege of.

In 2005 he launched the Nutrient Rich Revolution, the new trend in eating and the most successful way to eat for health, high performance and natural weight loss, at www.NutrientRich.com.

He recently launched www.MyTrainer.com, a video and social network that creates relationships and community between trainers, and fitness, health and sports enthusiasts. People of all ages can participate in online communities built via trainer around their videos, focused on workouts, lifestyle and nutrition information.

Today, John Allen Mollenhauer is one of the worlds premier wellness entrepreneurs, lifestyle trainers and coaches, helping an expanding achiever population implement Performance Lifestyle Solutions.
