My friend Tony Findlay sent me this video this morning from You Tube and I must have played it 9 times. Over and over again I wanted to hear the performance of Paul Potts from Whales on "Britains Got Talent".

I was so inspired, in some significant way, it changed my life.

oh my, I just viewed another video by Paul Potts and it blew me away again!

It reminded me of the simple little fact that when you do what you love, what you are supposed to do, and you have the energy,  winning performance can be a daily thing in our lives. 

I know that my purpose in this world is to help people free themselves from overwhelm, exhaustion and the overweight condition establishing lifestyles that promotes health AND success focused on goals that really inspire our passion.

I must have spent an hour this morning just watching these video’s. Thanks Paul Potts for inspiring me to live my purpose even more. ;-)
