Get Your Own Trainer In 2008… MyTrainer.com
Written by John Allen Mollenhauer "JAM" on December 14, 2007 – 3:56 pmHi jam,
(See the video below)
My mother was right. As you get older time moves faster. But in the "Age of Achievement" we live in, time moves allot faster.
Why?
Because of your level of engagement. The more engaged you are the faster time moves.
The upside of being fully engaged is you can achieve allot more in your life. The downside is, if you don’t have a lifestyle that works for YOU and the achievement of your goals, you’ll trade your health for success and that doesn’t give you the "quality" life time you want.
It’s no fun to live overwhelmed, exhausted or overweight.
It’s for that reason that I’m all about helping people achieve their goals (myself included) with their health and wellbeing in tact…
Five years ago, when I started Performance Lifestyle Solutions to bridge the gap between health and success and enable people to thrive, the first solution I created, was MyTrainer.com.
I had a big vision for MyTrainer.com, that everybody, regardless of time, money, or level of confidence would have a trainer of their own, who would inspire, educate and support their success. But the technology just wasn’t there to create the kind of thriving community, I envisioned.
Until now…
You may remember a few weeks ago I sent you an email about the Attention Age Doctrine written by my business mentor Rich Schefren, and how WEB 2.0 was fundamentally changing how we do business, interact and engage using the Internet.
If you missed it, here’s the link.
Well, Web 2.0 has finally arrived and it has changed how we operate here at Performance Lifestyle Solutions.
It’s all about community.
I could not be happier to be part of the Performance Lifestyle "community" that goes online in 2008. It starts with MyTrainer.com, the way for every person to have a trainer of their own, of their choosing.
It’s going to be unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. For starters, all the workout videos online are F.ree!
I never thought that would happen, and neither did my partner Eddie Enriquez.
All in good fun ;-).
By the way, if you "dig" this video, will you DIGG it?
DIGG is a social networking site where the news stories that people dig become more popular and others find out about them…
I am excited about the new ways to help you engage in a lifestyle that promotes your health and success, starting this January with MyTrainer.com, the first of the Performance Lifestyle Solutions coming your way in 08.
Enjoy the video…
All my best
JAM
