your choice of words a few times. So this is the picture I get from the audio. Lifestyle coaching develops a lifestyle strategy that promotes energy balance as a basis for health and high performance. Breakthrough
energy is managing a balance of energy in terms of all the fundamentals of successful living.
When you talk about recharging energy, by what means? I assume different people will have different means and intensity as to what works for
them and how isolated they are able to get from the things that drain their energy. When people are in a downward energy trend, do they see results fairly quickly, before their mind pushes away the solution they very much need? How do you achieve the momentum to keep people’s
attention from week to week, or do you expect and they respond?
Is there any other books you found, perhaps something on
neurolinguistic programming or understanding / appreciating people’s minds and perspective better.
Yes, vital energy balance is the basis for health and high performance. Without it you are living on a downward energy trend and all poor lifestyle decisions follow. That’s the theory and it proves itself every day.
Energy Regeneration is a compilation of sleep, rest, recovery and rejuvenation working as a system… a lifestyle system. Relaxation is part, but not a cornerstone.
Yes, everyone’s situation is different. Increasing energy is not just about recuperation, it’s also about how you spend, on what and why.
Results and how you feel are dependent on the amount of your current energy debt, but yes results nonetheless, when it comes to increasing energy, are instant.
I do expect… and there is more to the mindset of health and performance than merely a talk about energy, nutrition and activity. It’s an outlook, that needs to be built. The Performance Lifestyle System includes that.
