The causes of overweight…

Written by John Allen Mollenhauer "JAM" on September 23, 2006 – 1:38 pm

The causes of overweight and obesity are multifactoral, but there is no doubt they have common roots.

My name is John Allen Mollenhauer; I’m a lifesytle expert and have been studying the successful lifestyle and how it relates to personal success; and the healthy high achievers have:

> A fitness oriented lifesytle, not simply a "workout program"; it is backed by…

> a strealimed lifestyle that is not overwhelming all the time.

> an intention to recuperate and manage their energy

> they eat Nutrient Rich food, 90% of the time or more

> and a functional approach to fitness that is not dependent on going to the gym.

there are other factors I’m sure, but almost anyone from any background, or economic status can improve these fundamentals of successful living.

My advisor at www.NutrientRich.com, T. Colin Campbell PhD, Cornell, refers to diseases of affluence and diseases of poverty, when it comes to food and clearly the modern day food situation is not good.

Our environments today, en masse are not supportive of health because of the influence of of food economics and distribution, first and foremost… not everyone is going to be selling nutrient rich food, that’s for sure… unfortunately, given how things are set up now, a great economy it does not make.

It all comes down to how you have your lifestyle set up.
