Like me, think about where you could be 90 days from now! How much more fit you’ll be, what you’ll have the ability to do, the aches and pains that won’t be there because you have more core stability, strength and power and what that will mean to your confidence levels in everything you’re up to - your family, your finances, your friendships etc Today I did my stability, strength and power, (albeit I’m focused mainly on stability right now) right in front of The Thanksgiving Day Parade! Last week I worked out in Long Island with my 5 year old niece Kayla. She had a great time sitting on me, resisting me (as if that was something new) and riding on my shoulders! Talk about fun - no travel time to the gym, interacting with my family and having it all seamlessly integrated into my day! Love it! I’m going to document my progress right here! . Ironically I didn’t have any Lifeline Fitness Gear with me, given I hadn’t planned to stay over following their play on Friday night "Annie", so, I used my body weight (as I usually do) and her as my resistance.
