Catherine Pastille M.A., and MBA, Ph.D. Educator, Thought-Leader, Performance Management Consultant. Arthur Ciaramicoli, Ed.D, Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist/Author/Speaker. Eddie Enriquez. As President and founder of CAP Elite, Inc., Centers for Athletic Performance, Enriquez oversees the strategic direction of the company and ensures the highest level of training is executed at all CAP Elite facilities. Enriquez is working successfully towards CAP Elite’s mission of merging the best performance coaches, equipment and research to create a complete human performance enhancement program that can guarantee significant improvements by anyone that participates in the program.

Since founding CAP Elite in March 2003, Enriquez has trained over 1000 athletes. More than 150 of these athletes have received athletic scholarships to play at the collegiate level. In addition to helping athletes reach the next level through the improvement of strength, power, speed, balance, agility, coordination, flexibility and conditioning, CAP Elite has also helped young athletes improve self esteem and confidence. Many of CAP Elite’s athletes that have gone on to play in college have claimed that CAP Elite’s program is better than what they experienced in college. Enriquez believes in a positive, energetic and motivating environment in order to realize the best results from his athletes.

In addition to training athletes, Enriquez has trained and certified several sports performance specialists that believe in his philosophy. Enriquez has studied and learned from world-class strength, power and speed coaches from around the world and has applied the best in practice principals to the CAP program. Enriquez has also had the advantage of being trained himself by current University of Texas Strength and Conditioning coach Jeff Madden and former world renowned Strength and Conditioning Coach Keith Irwin while an athlete at Rice University.

Enriquez is also co-founder of MyTrainer.com, a video sharing social media site that offers free workout videos and connects trainers to people looking for training help. Enriquez is also working on technologies to help the advancement of the sports performance industry.  Over the years, Enriquez has built and developed numerous strategic partnerships and relationships. A former athlete and lifelong sports performance enthusiast, Enriquez promotes the vision of providing clients with the most current and advanced workout and nutrition information, fitness and performance products, services and technology.

Enriquez spent over 12 years in the corporate world prior to starting CAP Elite. While working as a business executive, Enriquez led and motivated teams that consistently exceeded productivity goals. Enriquez left a lucrative position to follow his passion.

Enriquez received a football scholarship to Rice University where he received a Bachelors degree in Human Performance and Health Science.  His wife, Tory, is a graduate of Texas A&M and member of the 1987 National Championship softball team. She currently sits on the board of the Letterman’s Association at A&M.

Ian Jeffreys PhD, FNSCA, ASCC, CSCS* D author of the book, Coaches Guide to Enhancing Recovery in Athletes: A Multi Dimensional Approach to Developing a Performance Lifestyle has rapidly established himself as one of the most respected strength and conditioning coaches in the UK.  He has been the S&C coach for the Welsh Schools Nat-onal Rugby team  and has worked with athletes, clubs and sports organisations around the world. These have ranged from juniors through to international and professional performers.

A senior lecturer in strength and conditioning at the University of Glamorgan, Ian has been a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) since 1989. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) with the NSCA, and has been re-certified with Distinction  (*D) in both categories. Ian was one of the first 18 coaches in the world to achieve the NSCA Coach Practitioner distinction, the only coach outside the US to achieve this. He currently sits on the NSCA High School Executive committee, and was the NSCA’s High School Professional of the Year in 2006, the first time the award had ever been presented to a coach working outside the United States. . In July 2009 Ian was awarded a Fellowship by the NSCA.

Ian is on the British Olympic Association register of strength and conditioning professionals. He is a Director of the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association, where he is an Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCC) and an assessor for the organisation. He is also a lead tutor for the UKSCA education workshops.

Jon Hinds – I have learned many lessons about fitness from many different sources; some I keep, some I discard. The main objective in my training has always remained the same: to set specific goals, achieve them, and in doing so, perform more efficiently in whatever my sport or physical endeavor is. The summation of these experiences and a love of teaching have led to a firm philosophy about fitness training and ultimately the foundation of the Monkey Bar Gymnasium.

Tom Terwilliger If there has ever been an ambassador for fitness and healthy living; it would be author, professional speaker, and former Mr. America, Tom Terwilliger. Tom has spent the past 30 years practicing, advocating and preaching the benefits of exercise and performance living. The one time New York health club owner now president of Coaching Leadership Excellence and a member of the American College of Sports Medicine has had the opportunity to share his knowledge and experience with countless individuals seeking guidance, motivation and leadership. Celebrities such as Regis Philbin, Cindy Crawford, Eddie Murphy, Gregory Hines, Ted Lange, Howard Stern and others who have experienced the benefits of training one-on-one with Tom. In his efforts to reach one-on-many, Tom spends a good deal if his time traveling America, Europe and Asia teaching his life style techniques, as well as learning from the masters.  Tom has presented at such distinguished universities as Haffstra, C.W. Post, C.U. Boulder, and New York Chiropractic Institute as well as events such as the prestigious Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic Fitness Expo, Western Association of Clubs, IDEA World Fitness Convention, and Europe’s FEBO – the largest sport and fitness expo in the world.

Recently Tom has teamed up with Harv Eker, bestselling author of Secrets of the Millionaire Mind and CEO of the world’s fastest growing personal growth and development company, Peak Potentials.  Professional speaker, radio talk show personality, TV shows host, entrepreneur and author; Tom is a maven of media.  His book, 7 Rules of Achievement will be in bookstores March 15, 2010.
